Job Description:

  • Oversee daily clinic operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, referral coordination, medication dispensing and cashier duties.
  • Attend to walk-in patients and manage phone enquiries.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and conduct routine clinic checks.
  • Assist with medical report processing and TPA, CHAS and MediSave claims, while providing manpower support at other clinic locations when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE N/O Level.
  • Comfortable standing long hours.
