About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Part-Time Sales Administration Executive to support our daily operations. You will manage financial processing, administrative workflows, and sales coordination. Ideal for self-motivated individuals looking for flexible, hands-on experience in sales admin and finance.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Billing
- Issue invoices, credit notes, and payment receipts accurately and promptly.
- Assist with account reconciliations, payment tracking, and outstanding receivables.
- Support basic bookkeeping, accounting data entry, and operational billing verification.
Administration & Operations
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for records and contracts.
- Prepare operational reports and streamline cross-departmental administrative workflows.
Sales Support
- Process orders, verify sales contracts, and update CRM database systems.
- Prepare customer quotations and follow up on pending documentation.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum GCE 'O'/'A' Level, NITEC, or Diploma in any field.
- Experience: Prior experience in admin, sales, or finance support is preferred. Entry-level candidates are welcome (training provided).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables) is a plus.
- Competencies: Strong numerical accuracy, high attention to detail, excellent time management, and a collaborative mindset.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in spoken and written English. Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking regional clients, overseas vendors, and internal stakeholders.
