Position Title: Accounts Asst
Working Location: Admiralty
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm)
Salary Package: Basic + AWS + VB
Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable (AP) transactions to ensure accurate and timely payments to suppliers.
Handle accounts receivable (AR) transactions by recording and tracking customer payments.
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts to maintain accurate financial records.
Process supplier invoices and arrange payments according to company policies.
Monitor outstanding customer payments and follow up to ensure timely collection.
Enter financial data accurately into accounting systems and keep records updated.
Organise and maintain accounting documents for easy reference and audit purposes.
Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Nitec, Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
1–2 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting is preferred.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
