Part-Time Clinic Assistant (4-5 days/ week including weekends) #NORTHEAST
S$12 / hour
What you'll be doing
- Register patients, verify personal particulars and update patient records in the clinic system
- Manage appointments, attend to enquiries and coordinate patient flow
- Handle payments, billing and issuance of receipts where required
- Assist doctors and nurses with basic clinic support duties and preparation of consultation rooms
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper handling of confidential patient information
- Monitor clinic supplies and assist with inventory management and replenishment
- Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organised and ready for daily operations
- Provide courteous assistance to patients and support other administrative duties as assigned
What we're looking for
- Nitec level and above
- Prior experience in a clinic, healthcare or customer service environment will be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers and handling administrative tasks
- Patient, organised and attentive to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work shifts, weekends or public holidays where required
