Love staying active, working with a team and keeping things organised? We're looking for a Roastery & Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team!
Be part of the behind-the-scenes operations that keep our coffee flowing from the roastery to our outlets and customers!
📍 Location: Singapore
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary: 2k - 2.5k
📦 What You'll Be Doing
- ☕ Support daily roastery operations, including coffee packing and labelling.
- 📦 Pick, pack and prepare orders from e-commerce for our outlets, business clients and online customers.
- 🚚 Coordinate deliveries and ensure orders are dispatched on time.
- 📋 Prepare delivery notes, update stock records and monitor inventory levels.
- 📊 Assist with monthly stocktakes and report low-stock items.
- 🏷️ Receive, check and organise incoming goods.
- 💪 Assist with loading, unloading and general warehouse duties.
- ✨ Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe.
🙌 Who We're Looking For
- Responsible, organised and willing to learn.
- Enjoys hands-on work and staying active.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for simple administrative tasks.
- Good attention to detail and time management.
- Warehouse, logistics or inventory experience is a plus!
- Driving license is a plus!
- No coffee industry experience required — training will be provided!
