Working Days: Mondays to Fridays (Commit minimally 3 days a week)
*Occasional Saturday may be required based on operation needs*
Working Locations: Multiple locations to be deployed (Tuas, Buona Vista, Central, Tai Seng)
*Transport provided for Tuas*
*No choosing of locations, need to be comfortable with all*
Working Hours: Between 8am to 6pm, 1 Hour Lunch (Unpaid)
SALARY: $14.50/Hour
📕 ROVING DUTIES
• Deployment as per roster is provided
• Training will be provided for all sites coverage necessary
• Familiarising of SOP
💻 BASIC RECEPTIONIST DUTIES
• Greet clients / Visitors / Staff
• Announcing of visitors / Contacting of hosts
• Answering of phone calls (if any.) Else likely to be Zoom Calls
• Answer queries / questions from clients / visitors
• Receiving & sorting of mails / parcels
• Assist as needed at the reception site
✏️ADMIN DUTIES
• Managing stationery supplies and ordering
• Receiving & sorting of mails / parcels
🌟 REQUIREMENTS
• Prior experience in Office Receptionist / Customer Service preferred
• Comfortable with travelling to different locations for coverage
• Commit minimally on a 6-months contract (renewable)
• Good written & spoken communication skills
• High commitment - responsive to calls & messages
• Proficient in computer skills - Microsoft Excel, Emailing
