Part-Time Retail Sales Promoter (TCM Products) | $13–$16/hr | Flexible Schedule
📍 Location: Chinatown Flagship Store (Chinatown MRT Exit A)
💰 Salary: $13–$16 per hour
📅 Working Days: 2–6 days per week (Flexible – Choose Your Preferred Days!)
⏰ Employment Period: Immediate / ASAP till before Chinese New Year 2027
Job Responsibilities
- Promote and recommend Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) products to customers.
- Explain product features, benefits, and usage clearly and accurately.
- Proactively engage customers, upsell products, and achieve individual sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and attend to product enquiries.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Sales-driven, outgoing, and confident in approaching customers.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable explaining TCM products to customers.
- At least 1 year of sales experience in TCM products is an added advantage.
- Candidates with proven sales experience during festive promotions (e.g. Mooncake Festival, Dragon Boat/Dumpling Festival) are highly preferred.
- Able to commence work at short notice and commit until before CNY 2027.
