Job Summary
We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team on a part-time basis in Singapore. You will plan, create and manage engaging content across social platforms to strengthen our brand presence and connect with diverse audiences. This role suits a creative, data-informed professional who values collaboration and flexibility.
Job Description
- Develop, schedule and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok, tailored to Singapore's multicultural audience.
- Monitor community engagement, respond to enquiries and comments professionally, and uphold brand voice and values.
- Track, analyse and report on key performance metrics, using insights to refine content strategy and improve campaign results.
- Collaborate with marketing, design and sales colleagues to support campaigns, promotions and product launches.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing, whether through employment, internships or personal projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with excellent attention to detail; additional languages are an advantage.
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite) and basic content editing skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively, work independently and meet deadlines within agreed part-time hours.
