Provide excellent customer service by ensuring smooth dining experiences, maintaining service standards, and supporting daily front-of-house operations.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and equipment.
  • Assist in setting up tables, clearing dishes, and preparing the restaurant for service.
  • Respond to guest enquiries and feedback professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Follow all hygiene, safety, and company standard operating procedures.
  • Support team members and supervisors in day-to-day operational tasks as required.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, accountability, and a growth mindset, actively seeking learning opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in restaurant or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Team player, willing to learn, and open to feedback.
  • Valid Basic Food Hygiene Cert is a plus

Others

  • 6 days work week, rotating shifts between 10am - 10.30pm
  • 8 hours shift per day, 44 hours/week
