Sales Executive (Construction Equipment)
Basic salary: $3,200–$3,400 per month
+ Mileage reimbursement: $1,300 per month, subject to claims policy
+ Mobile allowance: $100 per month
+ Commission of 0.7%–1% per machine sold ($100K–$500K per machine)
+ Strong performers can earn up to $40K in quarterly commissions
Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
Location: Approximately 3 minutes’ walk from Joo Koon MRT
Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell construction equipment, including excavators, wheel loaders and bulldozers.
- Develop new customer accounts and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Identify sales opportunities through prospecting, networking and customer visits.
- Coordinate after-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and handle sales administration.
Requirements
- Valid Class 3 driving license for customer visits (preferred).
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working towards sales targets.
- Sales experience in construction equipment, heavy machinery or a related industry is an advantage.
