Human Resource Executive

Responsibilities:
1 .Onboarding & Employee Administration:
- Coordinate employee on boarding activities, including preparation of Letter Of Appointment(LOA) and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee information.
- Prepare HR related letters and documentation.
2. Work Pass Administration:
- Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
- Liaise with MOM, agents and internal stakeholders on work pass matters.
3. Training & Compliance:
- Coordinate training administration including sourcing training courses and provider as well as tracking attendance and completion.
- Maintain up-to-date records of mandatory training requirements and ensure compliance with statutory and internal policies .
- Support training cost and training hours tracking.
4. Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle including Onboarding, Confirmation, Internal Transfer,Salary Adjustments and Cessation.
- Ensure HR processes are consistently applied and properly documented.
5. HR Reporting & Support:
- Assist in maintaining HR records.
- Provide general HR administrative support and respond to basic employee HR queries.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in handling Employment Work Pass
- Able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Organised, meticulous, strong attention to detail and accuracy.
