📋 ─ Job Scope ─ 📋

● Handle purchase orders, delivery orders and general admin duties
● Coordinate with suppliers on quotations, orders and deliveries
● Maintain company records and purchasing documentation
● Assist with Work Permit applications, renewals and cancellations
● Support project administration and coordinate with relevant parties
● Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

✅ Procurement, admin or project coordination experience preferred

💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office; MOM system knowledge is an advantage

🏗️ Construction / renovation industry experience preferred
