What You'll Do

✨ Drive business growth by identifying and developing new corporate accounts

✨ Promote WSQ-funded training programmes and workforce development solutions

✨ Engage HR professionals, business owners, and key decision-makers to understand their training needs

✨ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

✨ Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and follow through on sales opportunities

✨ Develop strategic partnerships to expand market reach

✨ Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth initiatives

What We're Looking For

✔ 3-4 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or B2B Sales

✔ Experience selling training, education, HR solutions, or professional services is an advantage

✔ Passionate about client engagement and business growth

✔ Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
