Job Summary:
- Salary details – Gross up to $3,200++
- Working Days and Hours - Staggered Office Hours, Mon – Fri, 7.30am – 6.30pm, Sat until 1.30pm
- Location of work – West area

Job Responsibilities:
- Educate and assist patients with mobile health applications, self-care resources and nationwide initiatives such as Healthier SG.
- Plan and coordinate patient programmes, including liaising with vendors and managing logistics and schedules.
- Support daily clinic operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, referrals and payment processing.
- Address patients’ enquiries and guide them through clinic services.
- Conduct basic health screening.
- Make outgoing calls to patients regarding urgent requests.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the clinic.
