Bello Ice is a Mediterranean gelato store offering premium products and exceptional hospitality.
We are looking for a skilled and service-oriented Barista who takes pride in preparing quality beverages and delivering an excellent guest experience. The role also includes serving gelato and supporting the daily operations of the store.
The Role
Your responsibilities include:
- Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages to a high standard
- Serving gelato and helping guests choose flavours
- Providing friendly, attentive and efficient customer service
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and store
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory checks
- Ensuring consistent product quality and presentation
We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, professional and guest-oriented
- Attentive to detail and takes pride in their work
- Reliable, organised and proactive
- Able to work efficiently during busy periods
- Comfortable working as part of a team and supporting different store operations
Requirements:
- Diploma
- Food safety certificate
- Shift work (including weekends and Public Holidays)
- Previous barista experience
- F&B or hospitality experience is an advantage

Salary:
- Full-time: $2,800–$3,300 per month
- Part-time: $15–$18 per hour
