Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to support our clinical team in delivering safe, high-quality patient care in. You will work alongside Dentists and Colleagues from diverse backgrounds in a respectful, meritocratic environment that values work-life balance and professional growth.
Job Description
- Prepare clinic and operatories before the start of each clinical sessions.
- Assist Dentists chairside during examinations and procedures, preparing instruments, materials and treatment rooms.
- Maintain strict infection control, sterilisation and clinical hygiene standards in line with Ministry of Health (MOH) guidelines.
- Welcome and guide patients with warmth and professionalism, helping them feel at ease and explaining post-treatment care instructions.
- Maintain accurate patient records, manage inventory and support appointment scheduling as required.
- Liase with dental laboratories to send, collect and check patient's cases.
- General maintenance and up-keeping of the clinic's premises.
- Closing clinic and operatories at the end of the day.
Job Requirements
- Singapore citizen and Singapore permanent residents.
- Able to liase with Mandarin speaking patients.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team.
- Ability to commit to scheduled shifts, including weekdays and Saturday as agreed.
- Be punctual for each clinical session.
- On-the -job training provided.
