Job Description
Working Days: 6 Days (Including PH)
Working Hours: 4:00am to 3:30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for budget and cost control.
- To oversee operations to ensure that food quality, costing is in line with company requirements.
- Ensure that food handling and hygiene regulations are followed in accordance with NEA standards.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and standard.
- Ensuring that meals are prepared according to recipe, portion control, conforming to hygiene and religious guidelines.
- Ensuring compliance with MUIS regulations
- Preparing & Cooking Food.
- Stock ordering.
Job Requirement:
- At least 2 years of cooking and relevant experience in Chinese Cuisine.
- Must have completed Basic Food Hygiene course.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
