We opened 5 outlets in just 1.5 years, and we’re still growing.
No unnecessary hierarchy. Clear communication. Good energy.
We like people who speak up, help each other and enjoy the shift together.
We’re hiring Senior Service Crew / Shift Leaders who can handle busy service, take ownership and help run the floor.
💰 PAY
• Trial: S$13/hr
• Pass Trial: S$15/hr
• After 3 consecutive months: S$17/hr
Experienced crew may have their Trial shortened from up to 4 weeks to as little as 1 week.
🕒 SHIFTS
• Opening: 9:30 AM–3:30 PM
• Closing: 4:30 PM–9:00 PM
Regular weekday availability preferred.
📍 LOCATIONS
Marina One / CIMB Plaza / Asia Square / Mapletree Business City / Bugis Junction
🙌 WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Lead Service Crew during peak periods
• Keep queues, orders and pickup running smoothly
• Assign stations and communicate priorities
• Step in when the team needs help
• Handle customer issues calmly
• Coach newer crew and maintain service standards
