Salary Package: Basic $2400 - $2700
Work Location: West - Company Transport provided
Working Hours:
- Option 1: Mon to Fri | 8.15am-5.45pm
- Option 2: 12-hour Night Shift | 8pm-8am (Allowance $13/day)
Benefits: AWS | $500 Flexi Bonus | Sign-on bonus | 15days AL

Responsibilities:
- Handle daily customer service and logistics coordination for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Receive and process customer orders, delivery requests and shipment instructions.
- Coordinate with warehouse, transport teams, drivers and freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries and collections.
- Monitor shipment and delivery status and provide updates to customers.
Requirement:
- Diploma / Nitec / Higher Nitec in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics, customer service, warehouse coordination or a related role preferred.
- Familiar with WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
