🛠️ Job Responsibilities

🔹 Provide Level 1 IT support and troubleshoot technical issues.
🔹 Install, configure and maintain laptops, desktops, printers and IT equipment.
🔹 Handle IT support tickets and resolve user issues.
🔹 Perform hardware replacement, software installation and IT equipment setup.
🔹 Support basic network troubleshooting, user accounts and IT asset management.

🎯 Job Requirements

✅ Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
✅ 1–2 years of IT/Desktop Support experience preferred.
✅ Familiar with Windows OS, hardware and software troubleshooting.
✅ Basic knowledge of networking, Active Directory and IT ticketing systems.
✅ Good communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills.
