💰 Salary: Up to $3,800/month + 1-month completion bonus
📍 Location: Near Eunos MRT
📆 Contract: 12 months, extendable
⏰ Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm
💼 What You’ll Do
- Process and check updates to customers’ personal particulars
- Respond to email enquiries through a shared mailbox
- Perform basic data cleansing and accuracy checks
- Sort returned mail and record details in Excel for uploading
- Support daily administrative tasks and team operations
- Handle customer information carefully and follow company procedures
✅ What You’ll Need
- Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, Accounting or a related discipline
- 1–3 years of relevant insurance or administrative experience
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Meticulous, organised and able to communicate clearly
- Customer-focused, responsible and a team player
- Relevant insurance certifications are an advantage
