Key Responsibilities (Store Associate)
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build genuine connections with customers.
- Drive sales by confidently sharing product knowledge and styling recommendations.
- Maintain excellent store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- Replenish stock and support inventory management.
- Assist with cashiering, store operations, and daily housekeeping duties.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and store goals.
Key Responsibilities (Assistant Store Supervisor)
- Lead and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Support store performance, sales growth, and daily operations.
- Coach and develop team members to maximize their potential.
- Ensure excellent visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Oversee rostering, staffing, and operational compliance.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
