Job Description 📞
📌 Handle incoming emergency hotline calls, including lift breakdowns and passengers trapped in lifts.
📌 Respond quickly to urgent situations in a fast-paced environment.
📌 Coordinate with technicians and contractors to arrange immediate assistance and rescue operations.
📌 Manage customer enquiries, complaints and service requests professionally.
📌 Follow up on reported cases and provide timely updates until resolution.
📌 Record case details accurately and escalate urgent issues when necessary.
📌 Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Working Location / Hours (Shift Basis)
📍Location: Woodlands
⏰ Shift A: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
⏰ Shift B: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
