Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated customer service associate to provide exceptional front desk and reception services at our clinic. This contract position requires excellent customer service skills and administrative capabilities to ensure smooth daily operations.
Job Description
• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff with professional courtesy and efficiency
• Manage appointment scheduling, phone calls, and general reception duties
• Maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative documentation
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and clinic operations
Job Requirements
• Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and clinic management systems
• Professional demeanour with ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
