Job Responsibilities
- Perform frontline clinic duties, including registration, appointment scheduling, referral booking, medication dispensing and cashiering.
- Attend to patient enquiries in person and over the phone.
- Conduct regular clinic checks and comply with established SOPs.
- Assist with medical report administration and TPA, CHAS and MediSave claims.
- Provide relief support at other clinic locations when required.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N-Level or O-Level qualification.
- Comfortable standing for long hours.
