Job Responsibilities

  • Perform wafer QC according to process and quality requirements
  • Conduct visual inspection (QC) to identify defects
  • Execute die sorting based on test results and specifications
  • Support wafer dicing operations and ensure proper handling
  • Follow SOPs, quality standards, and cleanroom safety rules
