Position Title: CNC Programmer
Working Location: Loyang
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8am-5.30pm)
Salary Package: Basic + VB
Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Create and modify CNC programs using Mastercam.
Convert engineering drawings and 3D models into CNC machining programs.
Simulate and check toolpaths to prevent collisions and machining errors.
Support CNC machinists during machine setup and production.
Improve machining efficiency and reduce cycle time.
Maintain CNC program documents and revision records.

Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field.
Proficient in using Mastercam for CNC programming.
Able to create 2-axis, 3-axis, 4-axis or 5-axis toolpaths, depending on job requirements.
Good knowledge of CNC milling and turning operations.
Able to read and understand engineering drawings, GD&T and technical specifications.
Familiar with cutting tools, feeds and speeds, work holding and machining methods.
Experience with CNC controls such as FANUC, Siemens or Haas is an advantage.
Able to troubleshoot and improve CNC programs to support productivity and quality.
