Responsibilities
• Provide clear consultation on pre-planning after-life services to guide clients through their options
• Educate clients on the benefits and importance of early after-life planning to encourage informed decisions
• Recommend appropriate service packages tailored to clients’ specific needs and circumstances
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by delivering consistent support and follow-up
• Conduct online and offline appointments and sharing sessions to engage and inform clients effectively
• Follow up on leads promptly to support clients’ decision-making and convert interest into confirmed plans

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and build trust
• Self-motivation and goal orientation to achieve personal and company targets
• Willingness to learn and adapt through provided training and mentorship
