We are looking for proactive and resourceful Part-Time Talent Sourcers to support our growing Talent Acquisition team. Your primary responsibility is to identify and source suitable candidates for our recruitment pipeline.
Job Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through recruitment platforms
- Review and shortlist candidate profiles based on hiring requirements.
- Identify suitable candidates for sales and corporate positions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
- Avoid duplicate sourcing and ensure candidate profiles meet the required criteria.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to achieve daily sourcing targets.
Requirements
- No prior recruitment experience required; training will be provided.
- Comfortable navigating online job portals and Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented, organised and able to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a proactive working attitude.
- Able to work efficiently in a target-driven environment.
- Students and individuals seeking flexible part-time opportunities are welcome.
