Job Scope:

  • Understand customers' needs and guide them through the loan process
  • Handle customer queries and promote new/renew sales
  • Check customers' background and evaluate their creditworthiness (such as CPF, MLCB, HDB, credit bureau etc.) and advise whether customers are suitable for loan installment plans
  • Manage and provide customer service support via phone call, live chat, and emails to clarify loan details and payment reminders
  • Complete any ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Min 1-2 years of customer service or related experience in gold shop/banking industry
  • Ability to provide exceptional service to each customer.
  • Good communication skills
