SOCIAL MEDIA GROWTH SPECIALIST

KOMO Scalp & Hair Wellness is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Growth Specialist to strengthen our digital presence, engage customers, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Content Strategy: Plan and execute engaging social media campaigns aligned with our brand identity.
• Content Creation: Produce, film, and edit compelling videos and digital content.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow Xiaohongshu (RedNote), Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Lead Generation: Convert social media engagement into customer enquiries, appointments, and sales.
• Performance Analysis: Track campaign performance and optimize strategies to achieve measurable results.
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Strong content creation, video editing, and social media management skills.
• Proven ability to drive engagement, generate leads, and improve conversions.
• Creative, proactive, analytical, and results oriented.
• Experience in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brands is an advantage.
Remuneration Package
SGD $5,000 – $8,000 per month
Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + Sales Commission
Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Work Location
Singapore
