Pharmacy Assistant | Day & Night Shifts | Up to $15/hr #HBY
We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:
Location: Tai Seng
Salary: $12–$15/hour
Contract Duration: Minimum 6 Months
Working Days: 5 days/week (Including weekends, based on roster)
Working Hours:
- Day Shift: 9am–4pm ($12/hour)
- Night Shift: 7pm–8am ($15/hour)
- Must be comfortable working both day and night shifts based on roster.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists with medication preparation, including labelling, packing and sorting medications.
- Provide frontline patient service, including registration, queue management and handling enquiries.
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing and updating patient records.
- Assist with inventory management, stocktaking and replenishment of medical supplies.
- Ensure accuracy when handling medications and patient information.
- Support daily pharmacy operations and maintain a clean, organised work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE A-Level / Diploma qualification.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Must be comfortable working rotating day and night shifts, including weekends.
- Meticulous, responsible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to commit for at least 6 months.
