Looking for a retail opportunity where you can grow your sales skills and deliver excellent customer experiences? Join our team at Orchard Isetan (Shaw) and represent the brand through product knowledge, personalised recommendations and quality service.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary: $2,500–$2,800/month
- Additional sales incentives
Working Hours
- 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Recommend suitable products based on customers' needs and preferences.
- Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
- Share product knowledge and brand information with customers.
- Deliver friendly, engaging and professional customer service.
- Arrange merchandise and maintain an organised retail display.
Requirements
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Able to commit to a long-term position.
- Customer-focused, proactive and attentive to detail.
