Responsibilities
- Evaluate and process loan applications, including assessing applicants' creditworthiness.
- Review customers' financial information and recommend suitable loan structures and repayment terms.
- Provide professional and friendly customer service throughout the loan application process.
- Explain loan terms and conditions clearly and assist customers in completing loan agreements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and loan documentation.
- Work closely with team members to support daily operations and achieve team objectives.
- Handle general administrative duties.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work at both locations as required.
- Basic computer literacy.
- No prior experience required. On-the-job training will be provided.
