Working Arrangement

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Alternate Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
  • Additional site attendance may be required depending on project needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial and residential carpentry, renovation and interior fit-out projects.
  • Plan project schedules, manpower and material requirements.
  • Review drawings, specifications and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors, carpenters, designers and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project progress, workmanship, quality and safety.
  • Arrange site measurements, material deliveries and installations.
  • Resolve site issues and ensure timely project completion.
  • Liaise with clients and provide project updates.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Construction, Project Management, Interior Design or related fields preferred.
  • Relevant experience in carpentry, renovation or interior fit-out project management.
  • Knowledge of carpentry materials, fabrication and installation.
  • Able to interpret architectural and technical drawings.
  • Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driving licence is an advantage.
