Working Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm (Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays - 3 days a week)
Duration: 26 November - 31 December
Location: Shenton Way / Downtown area
Salary: Up to $19 per hour depending on experience
Job Description
- Welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and take messages when required.
- Manage visitor registration, issue visitor passes, and notify employees of guest arrivals.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and office correspondence.
- Ensure the reception area, meeting rooms, and common areas are tidy and presentable.
- Provide administrative support, including meeting room bookings and office supply coordination.
- Assist with office operations and other administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service, reception, front office, or administrative support is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Well-organised, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Professional, punctual, reliable, and comfortable working in a corporate office environment
