Job Description:
- Provide direct nursing care and support to patients
- Assist patients with daily care needs, comfort, and emotional support during treatment and recovery
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, medications, health maintenance, and follow-up care
- Ensure proper infection control practices and maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
- Deliver compassionate and patient-centred care while ensuring patients’ comfort and well-being
Requirements:
- Nitec/Diploma in Nursing or HCA Certification
- Can start Immediately
