Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily sweeping, mopping, and cleaning of parking surfaces, ramps, and walkways
  • Remove litter, debris, and abandoned items from parking bays and common areas
  • Clean and clear drains, sumps, and grease traps to prevent blockages and odours
  • Treat and remove oil stains, tyre marks, and chemical spills using appropriate cleaning agents
  • Empty rubbish bins and ensure proper waste segregation and disposal
  • Clean signage, mirrors, bollards, and other fixtures within the carpark premises
  • Report any maintenance defects, safety hazards, or security concerns to supervisors

Key Requirements

  • Able to perform carpark cleaning duties
  • Able to work from Mon - Sat, 8am - 6pm
