Job Summary
We are seeking a Distribution Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse distribution operations in Singapore. You will lead a diverse team to ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time. We value merit, collaboration, and a healthy work-life balance.
Job Description
- Supervise daily distribution activities, including picking, packing, loading, and dispatch, ensuring safe and efficient workflows.
- Plan and allocate manpower and resources, coordinate delivery schedules with transport partners, and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, track key performance indicators, and prepare regular operational reports for management.
- Enforce workplace safety, quality standards, and compliance with company policies and Singapore regulations, including the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
Job Requirements
- 'O' or 'A' Level or Diploma or equivalent qualification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, or relevant working experience.
- Prior experience in logistics, warehouse or distribution operations, ideally with team supervisory responsibilities.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office; strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and manage schedules as required.
