·       Assist in setup & breakdown of the restaurant

·       Assist your Supervisor in organising table seating and preparing tables

·       Greeting of customers and providing an enjoyable dining experience for all customers

·       Possess great knowledge of menu and non-menu items, and their ingredients. Helping customers select food/ beverages.

·       Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/ bar staff

·       Serve water and refill glasses as and when needed

·       Ensure the timely delivery of food/beverage orders

·       Assisting in cleaning up of spills and ensuring table cleanliness at all times.

·       Complete housekeeping functions where necessary (ie. cleaning, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash and etc.)

·       Handling of customers' queries in a friendly and professional manner.

·       Providing suggestions and recommendations to upsell.
