We are looking for an energetic and resourceful Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team on a 6-month contract!
If you enjoy connecting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for recruitment, this is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in high-volume hiring and exciting recruitment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing and screening.
- Proactively source and engage candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and other recruitment channels.
- Participate in recruitment outreach programmes to engage with the public and attract potential candidates.
- Collaborate with People & Culture Business Partners and Operations teams to support manpower requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely candidate follow-ups.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline is preferred.
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a people-oriented mindset.
- Resourceful, organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, hands-on and a strong team player.
- Familiarity with job portals and Microsoft Office applications.
