About the Role:
Are you a people person with an entrepreneurial spirit? As a Sales Consultant, you’ll help individuals and families plan for their goals, from protection and savings to retirement and CPF planning.
No prior sales experience is required. Selected candidates will receive comprehensive training, one-on-one mentorship and ongoing support to build a successful sales career.
🎯 What You’ll Do:
- Understand clients’ needs and goals, and help them plan for their future
- Recommend suitable insurance and savings solutions based on clients’ needs
- Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing clients
- Take part in structured training, team sharing sessions and mentorship
- Grow your own client base with guidance and marketing support from the team

✅ Requirements:
Candidates must be at least 21 years old and must possess at least:
- A full certificate in GCE ‘A’ Level,
- International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification,
- Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore,
or any other academic qualification which is equivalent to the above qualifications.
