  • Confirming of bookings and seating arrangements
  • Assist guests with seating arrangements.
  • Respond to guest enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a neat, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
  • Follow restaurant service standards, hygiene guidelines, and manager instructions.

✨Requirements:

  • Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Previous hospitality experience is an advantage.
