Key responsibilities
- 1. Plan the routes for the delivery area, and arrange the vehicles and personnel;
- 2. On-site supervision of the driver during cargo loading, and responsible for handling any abnormalities arising during the on-site loading process;
- 3. In-transit vehicle tracking and timely handling of in-transit exceptions
- 4. Collect and report the same-day delivery data
- 5. Preliminary arrangement of the current month's bill
- 6. Timely handling of abnormal feedback in Feishu groups (feedback within 15 minutes)
- 7. Spot Check on Internal Delivery Driver System
- 8. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader
About you
- 1. Aged 25-45, with a college diploma or above
- 2. Computer proficiency: Familiar with basic computer operations
- 3. Foreign language proficiency: Fluent in both spoken Chinese and English, with basic reading and writing skills in both languages.
- 4. Experience Requirements: 1-2 years of relevant experience in vehicle management
- 5. Competencies: Excellent coordination skills, strong execution ability, quick learning ability, and good communication skills.
- 6. Professional knowledge and skills: Familiar with ERP systems, proficient in OFFICE software, and a Class 3 driving license is preferred.
- 7. Working hours: 23:00 – 9:00
