- Provide administrative support to the Membership Team by performing routine data processing tasks in accordance with established work instructions.
- Ensure data is processed accurately and efficiently
- Escalate system issues, discrepancies or cases requiring further clarification to the Team Lead.
- Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.
