Project Coordinator (Facade / Aluminium & Glazing)

Assist the Project Manager in coordinating daily project activities to ensure smooth project execution.
Coordinate with Main Contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams on project-related matters.
Monitor and follow up on project schedules, site progress, and installation activities.
Ensure installation works are carried out in accordance with approved construction drawings and project requirements.
Assist in preparing and updating project schedules, progress reports, and relevant documentation.
Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and site logistics to ensure timely availability of resources.
Maintain proper records of site inspections, material deliveries, and project activities.
Arrange and coordinate site inspections and testing with relevant parties, including RTO/RE.
Follow up on material submissions, shop drawings, samples, and mock-up approvals.
Identify and report site issues, delays, and discrepancies to the Project Manager for timely resolution.
Assist in monitoring compliance with site safety and quality requirements.
Perform other project-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in construction project coordination. Experience in façade, aluminium, or glazing works will be an advantage.
Able to read and understand construction drawings.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Responsible, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to visit construction sites when required.
