We are looking for a hardworking, friendly and reliable Service Crew to join our Korean noodle restaurant in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with food preparation and cooking, and supporting daily outlet operations while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness and hygiene.

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with food preparation and cooking, and supporting daily outlet operations while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness and hygiene.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient customer service.
Take customer orders accurately and process payments through the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Prepare, cook and serve Korean noodle dishes, side dishes and other menu items according to standard recipes.
Assist with basic food preparation, portioning, garnishing and plating.
Ensure food orders are prepared and served accurately and promptly.
Prepare and pack takeaway and delivery orders.
Maintain cleanliness of dining tables, service counters, kitchen workstations and equipment.
Replenish ingredients, condiments, packaging materials and other supplies during operations.
Maintain consistent food quality, portioning and presentation standards.
Follow proper food storage, labelling and stock rotation procedures.
Comply with food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements.
Assist with stock receiving, inventory checks and storage when required.
Minimise food wastage and handle ingredients responsibly.
Perform daily opening and closing duties, including cleaning and outlet preparation.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient outlet operations.
Carry out other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Outlet Manager.
