Job Responsibilities:
Collect patient/family biodata and assist in formulating care assessments and recommendations.
Manage routine social work cases with minimal supervision.
Support group sessions, community assessments, and local event planning.
Assist in planning and implementing social service programmes.
Uphold care standards, support quality improvements, and follow ethical guidelines.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Social Work or any other relevant industry
Relevant working experience will be an advantage
