S$1797 - 2500 / month

Responsibilities:
Process inpatient and outpatient medication orders, including prescription entry, packing, and labeling in accordance with established policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Assist in medication reconciliation activities, including the counting and sorting of patients' own medications.
Monitor and maintain pharmacy inventory, including conducting cycle counts and reporting stock discrepancies or shortages.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of medications in compliance with inventory management practices and storage requirements.
Replenish medication stock in wards and departments through automated dispensing systems (e.g., Omnicell) where applicable.
Support the repackaging and pre-packing of medications to facilitate daily pharmacy operations.

Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, ITE Certificate, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma qualification.
Prior experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or inventory-related operations will be an advantage, but not mandatory.
Able to follow work procedures accurately and maintain attention to detail.
