- Provide accurate information and support to customers
- Follow up on customer requests and cases
- Maintain service quality and achieve KPI targets
- Attend training and apply product/process knowledge effectively

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates with call centre/customer service experience are added advantage
